Mike founded Franz Park Capital in 2025 to help small business owners transition into their next chapter. His background spans major manufacturers like General Motors, Procter & Gamble, and Caterpillar, where he developed a deep understanding of the operations that keep businesses running.

His partner, Rylie, is a St. Louis-area native who teaches Elementary Special Education at a Title I charter school in the city.
